Last Updated: 20.11.2025
This policy aims to uphold Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards and ensure that Kisa is never used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any unlawful activity.
1. Nature of the Platform
Kisa is a Georgian donation platform designed to help content creators receive direct, transparent contributions from their audience. The system is integrated with the Bank 'Split' payment system, ensuring complete security and oversight for all transactions.
2. Core Security Measures
- Mandatory identity verification for all content creators during registration;
- Continuous monitoring and review of all transactions;
- Technical protection mechanisms — transactions are encrypted and secure;
- Transaction oversight and IP activity logging;
- Cooperation with financial institutions to identify and investigate suspicious activity.
3. User Verification
All users must complete identity verification based on the following criteria:
- Verification is completed before registration is finalized or before the first donation is received;
- Active social media accounts are reviewed (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc.);
- Historical activity and audience authenticity are assessed;
- New users may be subject to a donation limit of up to 10₾ until sufficient reputation is established;
- Verification may require an ID card or a business registration document.
4. Handling Suspicious Activity
Kisa uses an automated system that detects and responds to suspicious behavior:
- Immediate blocking of suspicious transactions;
- Temporary suspension of high-risk accounts;
- Detailed documentation of each incident and, when required, reporting to the bank or relevant authority;
- Periodic review and risk assessment of account activity.
5. Additional Security Enhancements
To strengthen security, Kisa continuously implements new protective measures:
- Two-step verification for content creators;
- Behavioral transaction analysis and automated risk scoring;
- AI-powered anomaly detection;
- Regular auditing of transaction logs.
6. Cooperation with Banks and Authorities
Kisa cooperates with the Bank of Georgia and relevant state authorities to comply with AML/CFT regulations. In cases of suspicious activity, information may be shared strictly in accordance with applicable laws.
7. User Responsibilities
Users must not utilize the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any unlawful purpose. Kisa reserves the right to block accounts and freeze transactions if legal grounds exist.
8. Record Keeping
Kisa retains transaction, verification, and monitoring data for a minimum of 5 years in line with Georgian AML regulations.
9. Conclusion
Kisa fully supports AML standards, ensures transparent operations, and protects both creators and donors. The company is prepared to cooperate with authorities in investigating any suspicious activity.
