By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not agree and do not use our services.

"Kisa" — LLC "Kisa.ge"; "User" — a legally capable individual or legal entity aged 18 or older; "Account" — a user's personal page on the platform;

Registration is done through a Google account. The user confirms that the provided information is accurate, they are of legal age, do not use false data, do not violate third-party rights, and do not impair the normal operation of the platform.

A donation represents a 'gift of money' process carried out with full responsibility and willingness of the payer. When making a donation, Kisa does not sell any product or service to the payer. Donations are made exclusively by cashless payment. The user is redirected to the bank's payment page. Kisa does not have access to card data. The user is responsible for incorrectly or incompletely entered information.

Kisa may unilaterally impose or change limits without prior user consent. It may also temporarily or permanently restrict the donation receiving function for users who are subject to suspicion or complaints.

In case of violation of terms, Kisa is authorized to restrict or close a user's account. Users can also cancel their account from the platform or by using 'Help'.

Kisa is not responsible for damage caused by third parties, technical disruptions, or unauthorized data access. Liability is limited to the value of the disputed product.

Using the platform for illegal purposes, system intrusion, or information abuse is prohibited. Kisa may delete or modify information without prior warning.

All Kisa text, graphics, and logos are company property. Any use without permission is prohibited. In case of violation, the user is liable and compensates for damages.

The terms take effect after user consent and continue until account cancellation. They terminate at the user's initiative or on legal grounds, after all debts are settled.

Kisa is not responsible for websites found on external links and their content. Users should review their terms and policies themselves.

The terms are governed by Georgian law. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, and in case of failure — in Tbilisi City Court.

Kisa uses the "Split" payment system, which automatically distributes donations between the streamer and the platform.

Kisa's service commission is 7.5% (5% Kisa, 2.5% bank). The remaining amount is instantly transferred to the user's account.

Donations are only possible in GEL. Users can set a minimum donation amount.

Kisa reserves the right to unilaterally change or add terms without prior warning. Continued use of the website means consent to the changes.

After payment, refunds are not possible. If the fund recipient is a third party who is honest and returns the portion of the funds they received through the Split system during payment, a refund may be possible. For example: if User A made a donation to User B's account, and then requested a refund, User B must return the received funds to Kisa for the refund to be processed.
